The friendly staff enhanced our experience, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. the upcoming grand opening of the mall nearby hints at even more convenience and entertainment options in the future, making this hotel a promising choice for future travels to Klang. Overall, our brief stay at KSL Esplanade Hotel was a great introduction to this new establishment. the comfortable rooms, convenient amenities, and friendly atmosphere left us looking forward to returning when we pass through Klang again.
